Life Empowerment International (LEI ) is a women-led grassroots nonprofit organization based in Richmond, Virginia, dedicated to empowering girls and women to live with dignity, lead with confidence, and create lasting change in their families, communities, and nations.
We believe real transformation begins when girls and women are seen, heard, trained, connected, and supported. Through leadership development, peacebuilding, mentoring, Global Circles, volunteer engagement, and strategic partnerships, LEI creates pathways for girls and women to rise as leaders, peacebuilders, and changemakers.
